Patient Registry

Using the AHQR methodology and requirements standards, patient data is collected from various sources and a customized statistical analysis plan is developed. Primary and secondary research techniques are incorporated to establish benchmarks to ensures both validity and quality. The patient registry can be used to monitor disease, the clinical effectiveness and the care of quality care being received.
